Ethical Standards

We require our partners to treat workers with dignity, follow all applicable laws, and uphold ethical business conduct. Bribes, kickbacks, or any form of unlawful or improper payments are strictly prohibited.

Labor and Employment Practices

DeviceSolutions.ai works only with partners whose employment practices ensure:

  • Freedom of association and collective bargaining
  • Non-discrimination
  • Protection of women’s rights
  • Fair wages and lawful overtime
  • Safe working conditions
  • No child or prison labor
  • Voluntary employment

Partners must maintain processes that allow workers to report violations confidentially and without retaliation.

Prohibition of Child, Forced, or Trafficked Labor

We strictly oppose the use of child, forced, or trafficked labor in any part of our supply chain. Our suppliers must:

  • Comply with all local and international labor laws
  • Prohibit forced labor (including bonded or prison labor)
  • Prohibit child labor
  • Pay at least minimum wage and lawful overtime
  • Inform workers of overtime expectations
  • Provide at least one day off in every seven
  • Limit work to 60 hours/week or less, in line with local law

Documentation and Ongoing Review

Suppliers must retain documentation verifying compliance with our Code of Conduct and applicable laws. We regularly communicate our expectations and update our policies to reinforce our commitment to ethical sourcing.
