Program Description
These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of text message communications sent by Device Solutions LLC dba DeviceSolutions.ai ("Device Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), a wireless technology solutions company located in the United States.
By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Device Solutions at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include, but are not limited to:
Transactional Messages
Order confirmations, shipment and delivery notifications, account updates, invoices, and service alerts related to your Device Solutions account or purchases.
Sales & Support Messages
Follow-ups from our sales team regarding device quotes, managed mobility proposals, renewal opportunities, and ongoing support inquiries.
Promotional & Marketing Messages
Information about new products, special offers, technology solutions, industry news, and events that may be of interest to your business.
Operational & Service Alerts
Notifications related to scheduled maintenance, service disruptions, MDM or device management updates, and other operational communications relevant to your deployed solutions.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Device Solutions.

How to Enroll
You may enroll in Device Solutions SMS communications by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages via any of the following channels:
Web Form Opt-In
Submitting a contact, quote request, or get-started form on devicesolutions.ai and checking the SMS consent checkbox.
Verbal or Written Consent
Providing express written or verbal consent to a Device Solutions representative during a sales or onboarding conversation, in accordance with applicable law.
Keyword Opt-In
Texting a designated keyword (such as START or JOIN) to a Device Solutions short code or long code number as communicated by our team.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to opt in the mobile number provided, and that the number is a valid U.S. mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with Device Solutions, the nature of your account, and the types of communications for which you have enrolled. You may receive up to 6 messages per month for promotional and marketing communications. Transactional and service-related messages may be sent as warranted by account activity.

Rates & Charges
Device Solutions does not charge you for SMS messages we send. However, your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates for messages you send and receive.
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's rate plan for details on applicable charges.
Device Solutions is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with your participation in our SMS program. If you are uncertain about your carrier's messaging rates, please contact your carrier directly before opting in.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of Device Solutions SMS communications at any time. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and opting out will not affect your access to Device Solutions products or services.
Opt Out by Text
Reply STOP to any Device Solutions SMS message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further marketing or promotional messages will be sent to your number.
Opt Out by Email
Send an email with the subject line SMS OPT OUT and your mobile number to personaldatainquiry@devicesolutions.ai.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Please note that even after opting out of marketing messages, you may still receive transactional messages directly related to an active account, order, or service engagement, as required to fulfill our obligations to you.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Device Solutions is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of messages caused by technical issues, network outages, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Participating carriers may vary. Device Solutions does not guarantee SMS delivery to all mobile networks or devices. If you are experiencing consistent delivery issues, please contact your carrier or reach out to our support team at personaldatainquiry@devicesolutions.ai.

Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The mobile phone number you provide and any information collected in connection with our SMS program will be used solely to send you the messages described in these SMS Terms and to administer your participation in the program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number will not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to any third party for their independent marketing use.

Section 09
Eligibility
Our SMS program is available to individuals 18 years of age or older located in the United States who hold or are authorized to use the mobile number provided. Our services are directed at business contacts, corporate purchasers, and their authorized representatives.
By opting in, you represent and warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age, (ii) you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and (iii) you have the legal authority to agree to these SMS Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Changes to These Terms
Device Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue its SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify enrolled users via SMS or other appropriate communication channels.
Your continued participation in the SMS program following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
These SMS Terms do not replace, limit, or modify any other agreement you may have with Device Solutions. In the event of any conflict between these SMS Terms and a separate agreement, the terms of that agreement will take precedence.
